  1. A special note about children

    We offer you the opportunity to automatically access and change any information that you give us yourself by logging in to the site and give up the new information yourself. Thus for technical reasons or for backing up our systems personal information about you will continue to stay in our databases after your have requested for deletion, in accordance with the legal requirements. This information will be no more accessible online.
  7. Other collectors of data
    Except as expressly stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. They are not applicable to the use and disclosure of your personal information to third parties, regardless of whether they are bidders, buyers or sellers on our site or other sites, or for sofar you provide it to them. All changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect after thirty (30) days after they were put online and after an e-mail was sent to the user who asked. We give you the thirty (30) days to allow you to enable, where appropriate, to aware Musquet.com that you do not agree with these changes.
