A special note about children
Our services are restricted to persons who are legally competent to enter into binding agreements. The information we collect

If you send an e-mail with the E-mail to friend / girlfriend to an e-mail address that is not registered Musquet.com our environment we use that e-mail address only for sending your e-mail. We do not sell or rent these e-mail addresses. This e-mail address is deleted after your message is sent.

We will not customize your personal information on request because it is very difficult to authenticate your account manually. Please change your username, password, contact information, financial information, mailing and messaging preferences in your account by adjusting your data. In case of changes or inaccuracies, you must immediately update your information.
At your request we will deactivate your account, your contact and financial information from our active databases. You can send such a request to our Customer Service. This request will be dealt with as soon as possible.
We will continue to keep on our systems certain information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and to enforce compliance of our User Agreement. We may decide to include your data associated with the execution of the contract to keep for a certain time to prevent the risk of fraud or to enable us to meet the established applicable statutory provisions. Thus for technical reasons or for backing up our systems personal information about you will continue to stay in our databases after your have requested for deletion, in accordance with the legal requirements. This information will be no more accessible online.
